At GPG FigureWorks, each figure is custom-made to order, allowing us to give special attention to the quality, precision, and craftsmanship of every detail. Please note that the production time is between 4 and 6 weeks. Once shipped, delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 business days.
All order fulfillment and shipping are handled by GPG FigureWorks. RA Music is not responsible for the shipping, delivery, customs procedures, or returns of these products.
When available, we provide trackable shipping so you can monitor your order throughout its journey.
For painted orders shipping to the United States, all duties and taxes are covered by us. For unpainted and standard orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges may be incurred upon delivery, as per the regulations of the respective country.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refund & Replacement Policy
At GPG FigureWorks, each figure is carefully crafted, hand-painted, and securely packaged to reach you in excellent condition. As our products are collectible and fragile, we have outlined the following conditions to ensure a clear and fair process for all customers.
If the Item Arrives Damaged
We're here to help. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
- clear photos of the damaged figure;
- clear photos of the inner and outer packaging;
- a photo clearly showing the shipping label or waybill;
- the order number.
All shipments are insured, and these photos are necessary for us to file a claim with the shipping company.
After reviewing the case, we will offer the most appropriate solution:
- replacement parts;
- a full replacement;
- or a refund, depending on the specific case.
Claims cannot be processed without clear photographic evidence of both the damage and the packaging.
Returns for Refund or Replacement
For a full refund or a full replacement, the item must be returned to us.
This helps us ensure fairness and prevent misuse of our policy.
Condition of Returned Items
Returned items must:
- be the same item originally shipped;
- not be intentionally damaged;
- not be modified or altered;
- be securely packaged for return shipping.
Returns showing signs of misuse or intentional damage may be refused.
Return Shipping
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using trackable shipping to ensure the item arrives safely.
What is Not Covered
Due to the delicate nature of our figures, we cannot cover:
- accidental damage after delivery;
- improper assembly or mishandling;
- damage caused by dropping;
- exposure to heat or direct sunlight;
- normal wear and tear or user-made modifications.
These are collectible art products and should be treated with care.
Unpainted Kits
Unpainted figures and kits are sold as hobby products. Slight adjustments such as sanding, fitting, or additional assembly may be necessary and are not considered defects.
